DDMAA has joined with American Top Team (ATT), the best and largest mixed martial arts team in the world. We have some of the best trainers and fighters.

Our mission is to create an atmosphere of self-discovery and personal growth, which increases physical fitness and self-defense skill and nutrition, encourages the foundation of high personal standards, and empowers our students with control over self (body, mind, and spirit), thus enabling them to live a happier and more successful life.

We place a strong emphasis on discipline and respect for kids, stress relief and fitness for adults and a fun place for the entire family to train together. We look forward to serving you.
